Our water based VANILLA flavour / colouring is just what you need to make yummy soft centres for your chocolates. Just add a few drops of our Vanilla flavour to our plain fondant and mix. You can also use this in creating cakes, cupcakes, icing, milkshakes and more! If you want to flavour your chocolate, then you need to use one of our oil based flavours.

This is a great product as it gives an amazing vanilla flavour but without the brown colour normally found in vanilla essences, pastes etc.
