Our water based STRAWBERRY flavour / colouring is just what you need to make yummy strawberry soft centres for your chocolates. Just add a few drops of our Strawberry flavour to our plain fondant and mix. You can also use this in creating cakes, cupcakes, icing, milkshakes and more! If you want to flavour your chocolate, then you need to use one of our oil based flavours.

This is a great and unique product in that it is both a colour and a flavour.  You can obtain great colours but also achieve a wonderful taste as well.
