Each heart measures 37 mm long x 39 mm wide
To cover in foil you need a piece of foil 9 cms x 9 cms.
To cover, place the foil over the mould cavirity then push the heart (good side down) back into the mould cavity.
Wrap the foil around the back of the heart then smooth over with your fingers.
Each Chocolate heart weights around 7-8 gs.
One of our 300g bags of chocolate should make approx 38-42 hearts.
