
Peppermint flavour fondant adds a delicious centre to your chocolates. Coat the bottom and sides of the mould with some chocolate and let it set. Then add some fondant and cover again with chocolate. Once you have bitten into the fresh peppermint centre, you won't be able to stop at one. Comes in other flavours of caramel, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry or plain to create your own flavour.
