Dont forget to grab our easy to follow DVD at only $10.95 which will show you all you need to know when working with Cake Play's Isomalt Sticks.
Isomalt is a versatile, crystalline substance with many different uses and applications. It’s derived from sucrose and preferred by pastry and cake professionals for its stability and usability.
However, it’s difficult to cook Isomalt crystals on the stove and achieve the proper cooking and tempering conditions. This stovetop cooking method is also tedious, time-consuming and frequently yields inconsistent or poor results.
That’s why CakePlay’s pre-cooked Isomalt Sticks are such a great innovation!
This unique Isomalt stick can be melted in the microwave, making it easy to add sparkle and dimension to cakes.
It’s also ideal for creating free-standing sugar showpieces. CakePlay’s Isomalt Sticks provide consistent, high-quality performance time after time. This Isomalt product lets you add a professional touch in just seconds.
These sticks are the hot new decorating tool you’ve got to try!
Isomalt is safe to eat and easy to use. Its clarity and colour intensity make it ideal for crafting beautiful decorations that add amazing flair to your culinary creations. Once melted, CakePlay’s pre-cooked Isomalt sticks can be moulded, cast, pulled or blown – anything you can imagine! We make it easy to create toppers and decorations that enhance your customers’ special-occasion cakes and pastries.
Just some ideas—butterflies, stained glass windows, fish, jewels.......
Finish with dusts and glitters for a truly eye catching display.

Found Isomalt sticks easy to use, loved the clear finish to the end product, pleasant taste and added a 'wow' factor to my cake.

I just brought these to make little decos for a baby shower cake, and although they are easy to use, I found them a bit to dear in price for what i got out of it, but i would still buy them again, I brought the clear ones so i was able to make them pink or blue and i added almond/lavender flavours to them as well, I also found Roberts confectionery to be very helpful with any questions i had as well
