Generous size clear, plastic texture mat to create edible projects with outstanding details.

TO USE WITH FONDANT.

  1. Roll fondant to desired thickness.
  2. Place mat on top.
  3. Roll over the mat, gently and once only.
  4. Lift mat.
  5. Continue covering your cake as normal.  
  • Sometimes a light spray of cooking spay before using (and wipe off excess) will assist with lifting the mat off once it has been rolled onto the icing. 

TO USE WITH CHOCOLATE

  1. Spread melted candy coating or melted and tempered chocolate on the mat. (It can be easier to work with if you cut the mat to size first)
  2. Allow chocolate to "just set" and form the mat around the cake.
  3. Place in refrigerator to set.

TO USE WITH BUTTERCREAM

  1. Ice cake with buttercream and allow to set for several minutes.
  2. Place mat on crusted buttercream and impress design.
