
Generous size clear, plastic texture mat to create edible projects with outstanding details.
TO USE WITH FONDANT.
- Roll fondant to desired thickness.
- Place mat on top.
- Roll over the mat, gently and once only.
- Lift mat.
- Continue covering your cake as normal.
- Sometimes a light spray of cooking spay before using (and wipe off excess) will assist with lifting the mat off once it has been rolled onto the icing.
TO USE WITH CHOCOLATE
- Spread melted candy coating or melted and tempered chocolate on the mat. (It can be easier to work with if you cut the mat to size first)
- Allow chocolate to "just set" and form the mat around the cake.
- Place in refrigerator to set.
TO USE WITH BUTTERCREAM
- Ice cake with buttercream and allow to set for several minutes.
- Place mat on crusted buttercream and impress design.
